APSP Launches 2007 Pool & Spa Industry Search

APSP recently launched the second edition of its Pool & Spa Industry Search, a unique industry search tool that enables APSP members, industry professionals, and consumers to find the pool and spa products they need. The dynamic search engine is accessible via the APSP home page and through www.PoolandSpaIndustrySearch.com.

Launching concurrently is the Consumer Pool & Spa Industry Search. This new website allows consumers to search regionally for pool and spa companies and products. This strategic initiative of the association helps drive consumers to businesses in their area that cater specifically to their needs.

Both sites offer keyword-driven and category-specific searching, giving the most relevant results while eliminating the clutter of a general Internet search. Enhanced listings, available to members, offer use of their logo, links to their website and email, a company description, and a Request for Information button that lets searchers contact them directly. For information or to participate, contact MultiView at 1.800.816.6710, or visit either site and click on “Add or Edit Your Listing.”

APSP partnered with MultiView Inc., an Irving, Texas-based publisher of industry-specific search engines, to develop the two sites. “APSP recognizes the benefits of closely aligning members with suppliers,” says MultiView president Dan Maitland. “But in creating the consumer industry search, APSP is going beyond its typical member base to create a fantastic product for pool and spa owners nationwide. We were honored to help APSP meet its strategic goal, as well as reinforcing the association has an industry powerhouse.”
