Andoscas to Manage APSP Northwest Regional Service Center; Maxwell Named Phoenix Chapter Executive Director
APSP has retained Bob and Kim Andosca as co-managers of its Northwest Regional Service Center, a region that includes Alaska, Northern California, Idaho, Montana, Oregon, and Washington State. In another move, Virginia “Max” Maxwell has been named the new Executive Director for the Central Arizona Chapter (Phoenix) of APSP.
Bob and Kim Andosca are the founders of Crossroads Communications and Management, headquartered in Valley Springs, CA, near Sacramento. With nearly 45 combined years of association management experience, Bob and Kim will provide a strong team to partner with the Northwest Regional Advisory Council in serving the needs of APSP members and chapters in the Region. A key priority will be to build and support APSP membership and to communicate effectively to existing and prospective members.

Longtime Phoenix resident Virginia “Max” Maxwell has been named the new Executive Director for the Central Arizona Chapter (Phoenix) of APSP. Max brings a wealth of experience, having worked in association management for more than 20 years. She has served associations in Arizona, California, and Washington and has worked in all areas from member services to promotion and marketing.
